The platform allows to download electronic PIT-11 form - information about income and collected advance payments for income tax of an employee, issued and uploaded directly by the employer.
The annual tax declaration (PIT-11) is issued to employees hired on the basis of an employment contract, temporary fixed-term employment contract, contract for services or specific work, who received remuneration in consideration of work performed in a given calendar year.
Pursuant to mandatory provisions of law, PIT-11 in electronic form has the same legal validity as a document in paper form. The document is downloaded as .pdf file, signed with qualified electronic signature.

Enter your name, tax identification number and password received by email or text message. Your employer will send you the password once your tax return form is ready for download.
In the list of available documents, click DOWNLOAD to save the document or SEND TO E-MAIL to send the document to an e-mail address.
In order to open an electronic version of the PIT form, appropriate software for .pdf files is required, such as Adobe Reader, which is available free of charge.
Verify whether all your data in the tax return form is correct. In case of any errors in the document, report them to your employer using the REQUEST CORRECTION functionality.
